- Customer Satisfaction: Daily collaboration with End-Users and Dealers service engineerson product status issues. Actions to ensure the satisfaction of End-Users and Dealers.
- Sales: participates in sales during service visits, supports the sales department byidentifying opportunities for cooperation with the customer in terms of sales, providesinformation to the sales team.
- Business: helps to develop a business in service area. Participates in exhibitions, fairs andtrainings.
