My experience spans over 30 years managing and leading teams across the globe, I take it upon myself to transfer my knowledge into practical experience in the fields of consulting and training.I have managed various business and led teams in numerous international markets such as Canada, Levant, Turkey and GCC. Over my journey I have acquired professional certificates in project management in the likes of CIPM® from AAPM®.I Led teams and projects in both stable and turbulent environments, which directed me towards adopting agility and business continuity. Remote work is an effective strategy to navigate and compete in such environments. It is a powerful strategy in economic empowerment as well. In 2013, I have designed and implemented TAQAT Program sponsored by IsDB - QC targeting economic empowerment of Arab youths via remote work. Also, I extended the implementation of remote work model to women empowerment (QIBWF, 2014), as an alternative strategy for employees’ layoffs in GCC (Bayt.com seminar, 2015) and supporting entrepreneurs & SMEs as a cost effective tool (Al Jazeera, 2016).I have offered my services for organizational transformation to remote work as a replacement for classic model, emphasizing on change management as a corner stone for a smooth transition to remote work including training and mentorship, by applying Prosci ADKAR® Model. COVID-19 unleashed my expertise in implementing remote work model as a solution. Consequently, I have given various seminars and training courses, to name few:1- Transitioning to Remote Work (for managers and employees)2- Effective Skills in Remote Work (for SMEs, Entrepreneurs and employees)3- Effective Teleworking Skills.4- Virtual Team Management; Face the Challenge.5- Switching to Remote Work as an Alternative to Layoffs.6- Economic Empowerment of Women through Remote Work.7- Project Management - Advanced Level.Lastly, I have provided training to Al-Jazeera Training Institute, Administrative Development Institute and Qatar Financial and Business Academy.
