Created a feasibility study for a new planned plant as well as helped structure a business plan for the plant in PEL, one of Pakistan’s largest manufactures of white goods and power generation equipment.

Worked on the distribution, the supply chain, and the subscription sales and compiled a report comparing distribution and sales of Dawn, Pakistan’s most widely read English newspaper, versus its competitors. Brainstormed and organised a spelling bee contest which included all the major schools in Karachi as a means of promotion of the Dawn brand name. Proposed a list of four offers for subscription renewal for the group’s print editions of their magazines and how to implement and monitor the schemes.
