As a product manager at this boutique agency I was responsible for ensuring that all business goals and duties were accomplished, whether it involved emergency technical calls with a client or putting the finishing touches on a proposal detailing a new form of user engagement for a company dipping their toes into behavior design for the first time.My main accomplishments include the conception, design, and delivery of a gamified learning platform for KPMG as well as a number of pilots and prototypes introducing behavior design concepts to a wide range of organizations.
