Government of DubaiTrakhees - Department Of Planning and Development• Inspect structural elements and conduct random inspections for compliance to building permit, approved drawings as well as issued rules & regulations.• Coordinate between the consultant/contractor and clients regrading inspections.• Prepare, maintain and organize reports, investigations reports and records for all projects in the assigned area as per requirements of the department and regulations. • Issue violation notices and suspend the work orders for the issues not complying with design, approved drawings as well as issued rules & regulations.• Reviews and submit work orders, progress reports, field changes, as-built records to ensure compliance with standards and policies.• Conduct structural/random site inspections at various intervals.• Check the executed work if complying with the approved drawings and materials. • Perform other duties incidental to job by Management. • Maintain proper and solid lines of communication between the Client, Consultant, Contractor and the governing body (PCFC) to clarify all concerns and help solve all types of issues.

Pre-Bid : • Prepare tender’s BOQs, design specifications, drawings and documentations for new projects.• Obtaining NOC’s from various authorities (DM, DCCA, Trakhees, RTA, DEWA and DCD). Post-Bid : • Supervision of work activities on site and reporting any trend for delay to the Project Manager.• Carry out the specified inspection / test in accordance with relevant Inspection / Test Plans.• Monitor progress of work against construction programme to ensure that the progress is in accordance to the construction programme.• Monitor, control, and coordinate the works of different trade subcontractors and report on their progress and or trends for problems / delays to Project Manager.• Establishes detailed programs for the coordination of site activities.• Involved in the material submittal and following up to secure the final approval.• Ensure all constraints imposed by law or by authorities in charge have been listed and attended to in the sequence required.• Ensure all legal authorizations and permits are obtained in a timely manner• Preparation of rates analysis and monitoring the project cost at regular intervals to avoid cost over-runs.• Liaise with clients and client's business partners with regard to the project• Liaise with project team members and with other divisions whenever required.• Checking and certifying completion of work at the site, and responsible for the closure of job site Instruction.• Provide systematically full reports, as to progress in general, to supervisors• Provide list of would-be problems and solutions for approval• Ensuring that quality of work and safety requirements are met.• Finishing Works.• Preparation of invoices.• Cost control & reporting.
