• Plan and implement marketing activities in Kuwait, Bahrain and Jordan in accordance with brand guidelines and business needs.• Manage country marketing budget and evaluate performance of launches/campaigns based on stores’ sales, KPI’s analysis, shoppers’ insights and competitive actions.• Secure advertising space opportunities in-mall and outdoor and collaborate with local concepts to deliver relevant promotional material.

• Plan and deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns in a timely manner, in accordance with Alshaya's and host brand guidelines. • Participate in strategic planning and quantitative measurement of marketing spend and return across digital and traditional platforms.• Work closely with the brand operation teams, media partners, printing houses, design studios and PR agencies to create marketing calendar content and events.

• Develop candidate search strategies in line with client job descriptions and profile requirements, using personal network and corporate database of leading regional companies’ c-level executives.• Build relationships during candidates’ interviews and propose recruitment material during clients’ meeting to guide applicants through the recruitment process.• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility• Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications• Use multiple online platforms, offline sources, and reference checks to prepare task briefs, profile analysis, criteria match, applications screening and final shortlists shared with clients.

Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to create or audit requested project profiles.Devise and evaluate methods for collecting quality data such as surveys, questionnaires and opinion polls using statistical software’s.Convert complex data and findings into comprehensible reports to clients and management.
