I lead the experience design team for about one year after that due to my parental live I now work as an experience design consultant and trying to implement novel experiences for various stockholders.

I support some early-stage/ mid-stage startups to define their implicit and explicit User Needs/ User goals and User Pain points and also help to develop their User/Buyer Personas and some other user research deliverables in order to get insight for designing better experiences for the target group. To sum up I do qualitative user research with the help of various tools and technics like dynamic persona, journey map, POV, etc.

I eagerly tought Design Thinking and User Experience courses for design master students.

We are working on the experience of people at the Iran National Bank (Bank Melli https://bmi.ir) and besides being a member of this awesome team; I have the position of research lead on this project.

We define user needs/user goal/ user barriers and finally design Personas to understand user behaviors on projects in the field of Law, online shopping, online payment systems.The Last project was designing Arvan Cloud Persona

As an Interaction Designer, I am now focusing on human's behavior. Right now I am working on my research proposal discussing how sensor technologies can be used to track human mood. There are a lot of different technologies currently used, but different modalities and technologies track different traits.

My research interests generally concern Human Centered Design methodology and Emotional Design. I would like to emphasize that my main interest is the phase of finding various means of creativity to solve business problems. It is of my highest interest to investigate in theories and practice to emerge virgin innovations. Despite the fact that I remain committed to this area of research, I am also keen on reading, learning and understanding people’s behavior, which can be the key insights in the design process. I should stress that at the heart of my specific research interests lies a more general aspiration for the application of design research methodologies in the world of business. Moreover, I have the experience of defining the persona for online Payment and Real State digital platform beside some offline platforms. (For a more datiled information check the Project section)

I work independently on some packaging design projects such as Saffron Package, "Go Fresh" Aloe vera Pot, "DotZed" Handmade Jewelry, and some similar projects during my master.

I've cooperated with my supervisor (Dr.Mortezaei) as his assistance , in the field of industrial design, course of Technical English Language at the second semester of the academic year 2016-2017 at the College of Architecture and Urban Design (Iran University of Science and Technology IUST)

I've designed a specific course for teaching English to designers and I have run a couple of time with MS and MA industrial design students.
