Working in a team of 3 to interview and document interesting and exceptional individuals at Hult through podcast episodes• Collaborating with host and guests to plan and outline 30-minute episode topics, themes, and structure.• Directing and guiding hosts and guests during recording video and audio sessions• Managing the condition and quality of video and audio equipment such as microphones, Rodecaster Pro, cameras, etc.• Post-production duties including syncing video and audio recordings, cutting between camera angles, and editing graphics to create engaging episodes.
