Zekeera Belton is Vice President of Client Services and Diverse Segment Strategist at Collage Group and is responsible for developing and leading efforts and programs to identify, analyze and address client's needs. Zekeera acts as an extension of member multicultural teams fostering deep relationships and leveraging the full set of Collage capabilities – strategies, insights, analytics, data, peer solutions and commercial collaboration – to plan and craft specific solutions that meet member challenges. She is a tactical and results-driven marketing and communications professional with more than 15 years of proven performance executing private and public (government) sector B2B and B2C campaigns and programs. She has expertise in strategy, implementation, and analytic phases of marketing and its gamut—branding, recruitment, relationship, social and health, and product. She is a subject matter expert with real world know-how and application of national, regional, and grassroots strategies to reach niche markets, i.e., multicultural, women, LGBT, people with disabilities. Prior to Collage Group, Zekeera served as a Marketing Director for Penn, Good & Associates, a Marketing Services Consulting firm located in Washington, DC dedicated to developing and implementing social and health marketing campaigns addressing health disparities and other social ills. Zekeera was responsible for leading teams in the development and implementation of national and grassroots social and health marketing campaigns for agencies such as the Department of Education, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Agency, U.S. Army, U.S. Coast Guard, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Zekeera holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a double concentration in Finance and Management, from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, Washington DC
