The mission of Delta Delta Sigma is to introduce students to the dental profession and provide a helpful environment for success in their pre-dental academics. The academic road to dental school is very difficult. Delta Delta Sigma's goal is to make that journey as attainable and easy as possible. By building a community of students with similar interests, we can work together and all achieve our goals by serving the community and inspiring altruism.

Take part in MLP, Member Leadership Program, a two-semester program that fosters growth, development, and success to create empowering principled leaders. Apart of the Health & Wellness Affairs committee composed of 6 students planning engaging events for 40+ members

- Reporting to Merchandise Director and Director of External Affairs- Work with 170+ staff members in relation to biannual magazine production- Work with different companies to produce affordable and quality merchandise to maximize profit- Generate innovative merchandise ideas in collaboration with internal design team- Collaborate with social media and marketing departments to create and promote campaigns for launches as well as heighten brand awareness

I promote the brand through social media, interaction with the brand, and attending events. I shadow other teams that are a part of the magazine to learn and understand the innerworkings of producing and marketing a magazine.

Dance Marathon at the University of Florida is the most successful student-run philanthropic nonprofit in the southeastern United States. The philanthropy raises money and awareness for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals through an annual 26.2-hour event. All proceeds raised for the event benefit patients facing pediatric illness at UF Shands Children’s Hospital in Gainesville, Florida.

-Assist in designing and selling merchandise, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills in inventory development and management-Successful generated over $1,000 in funds, making a meaning and positive impact on the lives of miracle children and their families at UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital

Participated in a shadowing program delivered through Zoom for three/six-week sessions for pre-health students. I virtually shadowed and interacted with medical professionals in different specialties to gain an understanding of the reality of being a healthcare professional.

Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment, learned quickly and developed the capability to work every position in the restaurant and also train others to work the positions

Secure food donations for tournament judges and staff lounges, assist in welcoming students, judges, and coaches to the UF campus, ensure the campus is navigable for students and guests, and assist forensics directors in entertaining honored “Gator Guard” coaches throughout the tournament.

- Assisted the Director in advertising events on campus and working with faculty to create profitable promotions- Helped contact alumni inside the community as well as organizations throughout campus

The First Generation Leadership Program (FGLP) focuses on unleashing the skills within a select cohort of student leaders by equipping them with mentorship, networking opportunities, and access to real-world leadership. As a student mentor, I provide individualized support and career guidance to first-generation college students, helping them navigate academic challenges while fostering personal growth and leadership skills.

Students Taking Action Against Racism (STAAR) Ambassadors allow students across campus to directly interact with the agency in their efforts to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion at the University of Florida.Responsibilities:-Act as a liaison between STAAR initiatives and current campus or state events-Employ critical thinking and advocacy skills towards university events and issues-Work to provide resources and tangible items that can hold administrators and student leaders accountable

I have served in Boy Scouts for 10+ years, carrying numerous leadership positions culminating with ASPL. I frequently helped organize weekly meetings, plan camping trips, and volunteer activities for a group of 50+ scouts. For my project I constructed sustainable garden beds and an irrigation system at Grace Community UMC.
