• Solving/updating the incident and change requests

• Work closely with the SAP consultants and technical teams to ensure configuration or ABAP developments are executed in a timely manner and appropriate quality,

• Optimize purchase orders and stock status on RME ( Recording Media, Energy ) Category,
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products,
• Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules,
• Update Monthly/Weekly PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory summary),
• Prepare monthly sales forecast estimations and monitor operating P&Ls,
• Manage 3 merchandisers who are responsible sellouts and activities on TSS accounts ( Teknosa, Mediamarkt, Vatan, D&R )
