Compliance/Quality Assurance ResponsibilitiesManage overall Regulatory Requirement Compliance activities and provide feedback to the Accountable Manager of the MRORepresent the company on its certification/approval and compliance of different Aviation Regulatory Bodies.Manage the preparation/approval of Quality & Safety Manuals (e.g. SMS manual, EASA MOE, FAA Repair station Quality manual-RSM/QCM, Other supplemental manuals etcMonitor the compliance to regulatory requirements by establishing independent Quality and Safety system.Prepare Internal audit plans; control the performance of all audits per the planFollow up, coordinate and control the progress and implementation of remedial actions for internal & external audit findings.Manage Suppliers/vendors assessment & internal approvalManage issuance/renewal/withdrawal of company authorization for Certifying /Support Staffs, Inspectors and other specialized service personnel like receiving inspectors, NDT inspectors, Borescope inspectors, welders, brazers and thermal spray operators.SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ResponsibilitiesEstablish and monitor implementation of voluntary/confidential and mandatory reporting system.Establish and monitor Safety Hazard identification, reporting, analysis and Safety Risk Management program.Establish & manage internal safety incident/accident investigationsMaintain the safety management databaseProduce reports on Safety Performance of the MRO and call Safety Review Board (SRB) meetings.

a. Prepare Annual Audit Program and revise as requiredb. Supervises auditing functions on technical problems encountered in maintenance service activitiesc. Follows up and perform as required a regular audit of all MRO Services activities.d. Timely follow up and closure of non-conformances per the audit findings.e. Prepare systematic & product audit plans; control the performance of all audits per the plan.f. Coordinates and liaisons between MRO Services and the Regulatory Authorities concerning regulatory requirementsg. Coordinate and escort external audits; follow up the closure of audit findings and ensure the properimplementation of corrective and preventive actions.3h. Control capability development of aircraft, engines and components based on therequirement of different regulatory bodies like EASA, FAA & ECAA.i. Manage certification process of MRO staffs by EASA.Compliance Activities:-a) Prepares and revises quality manuals such as MPM, MOE and FAA RSM/QCM for regulatory bodies approvals and reviews and approves associated procedures and standard practices in the TPM.b) Assesses, approves and monitors suppliers of new and used parts.c) Assesses, approves and monitors of contractors (service providers).d) Updates the Accepted Vendor Lists.e) Handles the issuance, renewal and cancellation of certifying staffs and specialized personnel authorizations.f) Keeps an up-to-date list of the certifying and support staff certification authorizations (possible delegation), including Management of this files.g) Coordinates all regulatory body audit and corrective ac
