• Lead the development of risk management capability within individuals and teams• Lead Sarbanes Oxley compliance and control testing across Division• Provide oversight and assurance regarding the embedding the Group’s Risk Management Framework standards across The Division• Act as a source of professional expertise to mitigate the potential for operational risk exposure – guiding on Group Policies and key legislation such as Sarbanes Oxley, Data Privacy and Records Management• Data Privacy Officer for the business area supporting the business and GDPR project in meeting legislative requirements.• Manage the delivery of numerous Risk Division initiatives into the business area.• Evaluate and identify risk management information to produce insightful analysis, recommendations and advice that influences decision making by the Function• Represent The business at Group Forums and Working Groups, providing risk challenge, ensuring decisions are in line with Group Policy and regulation and cascading and embedding the information /messages or initiatives via dedicated Working Groups• Conduct key Group processes such as CER, ARR, RMF, SOX, PEI and support business in managing and reporting in line with Risk Management Framework
