Group Manager Human Capital in Field Sales, Informal Structure and Projects

All HR related function for 3 different business units within IRS, including:Staffing/HR PlanningConduct discussions with managers to determine optimum human resource (staffing) requirements Assist managers in developing action plans to address human resource (staffing) requirementsSupport managers in the execution of their human resource (staffing) plans Ensure job profiles are available and relevant for all positions within the business In conjunction with line management develop job profiles for new positionsEnsure all job profiles contain a recruitment profile for recruitment and selection purposesMonitor adherence to the recruitment and selection policy and procedureProvide support to line management in recruiting and selecting staffMaintain a poor work performance procedure Train line management on the utilization of the poor work performance procedureDesign and develop a performance measurement system appropriate and relevant to each level within the businessEnsure implementation of the performance measurement system and moderation by the HR department Conduct on-going reviews and maintenance of the performance measurement systemEnsure training and development initiatives are implemented Drive the succession plan process for the businessIdentify attraction and retention factors within the businessTake corrective action when required in accordance with Company proceduresBuild and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders within the businessEnsure that the HR Department service delivery levels meet stakeholder expectationsEnsure that the actions of the HR Department are stakeholder-need driven, relevant, on-time and of a high standardIR function:Representing company at CCMA up to Conciliation levelAct in advisory capacity on all corrective behaviorInitiate hearings Train employees / managers on procedures and actions
