I have tried various strategies of recruiting, with the realization that each company should be treated individually. The reason for this is each company has their own recruitment process and strategy. I enjoy building and retaining strong relationships. I have written and passed the APSO exam. Over the past 15 years I have excelled in placing staff in various industries. I must admit though, that I thoroughly enjoy the technical/Engineering environment, with no exclusion to other industries of course, which makes me a generalist. My day changes within the blink of an eye from focusing on the senior level engineering fraternity, to the IT industry, to financial, to sales environment, etc, which I do with ease and thoroughly enjoy.
