Venture DMG is an “art to part” engineering, tooling and plastic supplier. Venture DMG specialises in blow moulding DMG with 16 injection moulding machines, 3 assembly stations, and a press. Reporting to the Product Manager and formed an integral part of business operations to ensure production levels and targets were met whilst serving on the floor to configure and maintain machinery. Key responsibilities included production planning, shift work planning, quality review, start-up machine robotics, the configuration of machinery, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision.
