CurrentProject Coordinator for the PR Medicaid Program, supporting the "Project Planning, Management, and Oversight" and "Integrated MES Program Management Support" service areas.- Supports the Senior Leadership and PgMO teams with reports, presentations, research, charts, agendas, calendar scheduling, communications, etc.- Manages the engagement’s organizational charts, team travel calendar, office and equipment resources, etc.- Leads the EOMC Monthly Status Report life cycle and works with all service areas within the engagement to help ensure BerryDunn presents complete and accurate status reports to PRMP; tasks include project scheduling, team communications, milestone timeline updates, document edits and reviews, etc.- Leads the monthly invoicing life cycle for both the Puerto Rico EOMC and HIT engagements and works with senior leadership teams from both engagements to help ensure that BerryDunn prepares and delivers the invoices and required documentation accurately and in a timely fashion; tasks include project scheduling, team communications, data gathering and analysis, document compilation, invoice packet assembly, delivering hard copies to the client, updating budgets, etc.- Provides support during the monthly CMS and PRMP MES Status Report life cycle and works with other team members to help ensure that PRMP delivers complete and accurate status reports to CMS; tasks include project scheduling, team communications, call center metrics, document edits and reviews, etc.Business Analyst for the PRMMIS Phase III Streamlined Modular Certification project, supporting the different system testing activities, working with BerryDunn, PRMP, and vendor resources to help ensure all testing requirements are met and the testing process is successful.Member of the DEIBA Council's Internal Engagement Subcommittee and Chair of the Engage Employee Resource Group (ERG) supporting and advocating for the LGBTQIA+ community.
