The company was founded in 1993 and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm (Mid-cap) in 2017 with the vision of a housing market with room for as many people as possible. The company distinguished itself by building for a specific target group - tomorrow's urbanites - and the ambition was to develop the most popular homes in urban areas. When I started as acting CFO in 2013, SSM was small with one project in production and a couple of projects in the pipeline. After a strong expansion, we listed on the stock exchange in the spring of 2017 with close to 100 employees and 6,000 building rights in the portfolio. In 2013-2020 we completed over 1,700 homes in Stockholm's immediate area.In the winter of 2020, SSM was taken off market by Amasten Fastighets AB (publ).As CFO, I was a key actor in dozens of due diligence processes - in connection with listing and issuance of two bonds, financing and setting up joint ventures. Business is conducted entirely over the internet [www.goldloan.se].Acted as CEO and CFO, responsible for operations, business development, and the financial accounting and reporting to owners and authorities.

Responsible for the closing of the books and annual report for the parent company in a building conglomerate with eight companies.Production of annual reports for around 20 companies in different industries, e.g. an investment firm reporting to the Swedish SEC, and a global non-profit conglomerate. The companies had a turnover of up to 250 MSEK.

Mondial is an independent, private banking firm with subsidiaries in Sweden. The company offers structured financial products, primarily to Swedish investors. Guaranteed funds are Mondial’s primary product. Each launched fund is registered as a separate company.Managed the headquarters in Zürich with four employees and sat on the board of directors in Mondial’s five companies. The tasks included developing, improving, compounding, and launching the guaranteed funds, as well as VAT reporting, budgeting, and completion of annual reports for the Swiss companies.

ACP, a venture capital firm, completed over ten investments within the IT- and financial sectors.Evaluated business plans and valuated businesses, compiled the information into presentations, and executed presentations for potential investors. Took active part in business development, wrote business plans, and secured registrations with the Swedish Central Securities Depository. Developed and implemented employee options programs in five of the portfolio companies. Carried out due diligence of potential investment objects.Responsible for financial calculations and the company’s financial administration.
