As an Automation & Optics Calibration Integrator at Camtek, a leading provider of semiconductor inspection solutions, I work with customers worldwide to install, test, and calibrate their tools, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction. I also troubleshoot any technical issues and provide training and support to the end users.I have over five years of experience in customer support, having previously worked as a Customer Support Specialist at the Israeli Ministry of Defense and as the Head of the Training Department at the Israeli Air Force. In these roles, I developed my skills in problem-solving, communication, and collaboration, as well as my knowledge of mechanical engineering and aircraft maintenance. I am currently pursuing a Diploma of Education in Customer Success Manager from Jolt.io, an innovative online platform that offers practical and relevant courses for professionals.
