Lead the Similarity Changes Analysis for Heart Rate (HR) Fluctuation Regularity for Congestive Heart Failure patients project.I used the information-based similarity algorithm to represent the similarity of HR fluctuations, combined with the fuzzy approximate entropy algorithm to represent the complexity changes and then introduced the machine learning algorithm to improve the screening accuracy. Finally, our index and the traditional frequency domain index have good complementarity.
