Took part in multiple YOTA related projects including, but not limited to:- Signum (Yota certification authority)Signum was created to transform all interactions of Yota (and related businesses) and its customers from signing hardcopies of contracts and other documents to signing them in customer selfcare web page using server side stored digital signature.It took 3 months from idea definition to product launch when all new Yota customers started signing their contracts with digital signature at their Yota selfcare.At the moment Signum is one of Russian largest commercial certification authorities (>0.5 MIO certificates issues).- ROUNDHuge project focused on delivering new experience of interacting with money. Included acquisition and full automation of bank, creating and integrating technologies enabling product ideas, including but not limited to:• processing refactoring;• backoffice automation;• master data management;• sophisticated digital signature usage; • close integration with mobile operatorOne of my key achievements at that role was forming effective team covering following technology aspects:• Architecture;• Integration;
• Maintenance and operations;• Information security and business continuityThat team has successfully done following IT and related projects:• Full scope bank and CA IT landscape creation;• Core banking systems implementation;• Yota integration project (unique integration of bank with mobile operator);• Federated MDM (CDI and data cleanser) implementation both for Yota and Round;• Migration of acquired bank to new IT landscape (core banking, etc);• Integration with payment providers;• And many more

Key responbilities at actual position are:- Development of strategic direction for the protection of information assets and promoting Information systems security at bank acceptable risk level;- Development, coordination, implementation and monitoring the Business Continuity / DR Plan for the Bank- Building strong cooperation and relationships with the Business Lines, IT and other Bank's Departments to draw up measures for implementing the Bank's Information Security and Business Continuity Plan-Transformation of IS/BCP measures in accordance to changes in technology- Advising on and acting as the single point of contact on all aspects of Information Security and Business Continuity- Continiously improving Information Security and Business Continuity Management by establishment and improvement of relevant frameworks- Raising awareness and understanding by promoting the practice of Information Security and Business Continuity- Undertaking other duties associated with effective management of risk and Information Security/Business Continuity as necessary or directed

Leading audit and consulting projects in following areas:- IT audit;- Information security audit including penetration testing;- Sarbanes-Oxley-404 Compliance audits;- IT governance;- Business Continuity and Disaster recovery planning;- Post implementation reviews for ERP systems (application controls efficiency and effectiveness, IT infrastructure compliance with business requirements, information security).Ernst&Young practice development;Communication with client representatives (CIO, CISO, CTO level);Participation in proposals preparation;Active contribution to sale and presale activities.

Development and optimization of voice codecs G.711, G.729 for Texas Instruments processors. These codecs are now integrated into some telecommunication stations.
