•Responsible of the personal Agenda of the Director:- Carefully time planning of the Director’s Agenda on daily basis which includes (business meetings, personal appointments, reservations, hotels, flights ext.).• Closing VAT of the company every three months which includes (organizing supplier’s invoices individually, bank statements, cheques, and corporation with the external accountant of the company).• As an Internal Accountant of the company, responsible of closing accounts of the company at the end of each month, daily follow up on related invoices, contracts, paying rents, suppliers, clients, and salaries. • Transferring payments (online and in hand).•An excellent Office Manager (everything related to the office from organizing, planning, ordering, ext.,) with a basic IT background. • Reviewing e-mails and acting accordingly. • Excellent command of the English language, and excellent communication skills.
