Assistant to the IT Manager.• Organized the IP addresses of every computer and telephone in a structured way alongside with setting a logic on which port each one should be connected on.• Cable managed the server room • Overlooked the installation of cat5 cables to connect the 2 adjacent G4S buildings so that they could both work on a single network as well as be connected to the Domain Controller.• Help with setting up the new network machines in the Central Control Center as well as connecting the 2 building's networks.• Responsible to check the cash counter machines connectivity to the network and perform any updates or settings changes.• Installed the cat5 cables and setup the LAN and wireless network to one of the asylums controlled by G4S.• Discovered a security flaw on the network configuration and helped patch it up.• Went through the whole IT inventory found on each G4S location and organized the data.
