Dr. ZENG Haijun is currently working as Vice Dean at Smart Learning Institute of Beijing Normal University (BNU-SLI) and Office Direcor at National Engineering Laboratory for Cyberlearning and Intelligent Technology (CITlab). He also participates in "Internet plus Education" Experts Committee of China Communications Industry Association, "Internet plus education" Experts Committee of Tencent and Experts Committee of Mobile Internet Education Industry Alliance. He started his research on ICT in Education when he worked in Research Centre of Knowledge Engineering and Laboratory of e-Learning in BNU from 2001. He worked in the Division of Distance and Continuing Education of Department of Higher Education, China Ministry of Education from 2005 to 2010. He worked as Programme Coordinator in UNESCO-INRULED from 2010 and as C&B Manager at HR Department of BNU from 2013 to 2015.He edited a book named What Happened in e-Learning in Chinese Universities, which was published by Higher Education Press in 2009. His doctoral thesis Study on Public Support Service System of E-learning as a monograph was published by Higher Education Press in 2012. His research books on the topic of e-Learning in China has been published by SAGE publication in 2014, and Approach of ICT in Education for Rural Development: Good Practices from Developing Countries published by SAGE publication, Where Is Rural Education Informatization Leading published People's Education Press, E-HR: Make Work Easier and Happier published by Posts & Telecom Press in 2015.
