In May. 2013, I joined Messer Griesheim (China) Co., Ltd., employing more than 2,000 people in China, which is the headquarters of Messer Group, the largest owner-managed industrial gas company in the word, as a process engineer. The main jobs which I’m undertaking: Support for ASU Operation: technical support for operation of ASUs located in the plants, trouble shooting for all kinds of operation problems. Equipment Maintenance Support: participating in making the equipment maintenance plan for all plants. Project Technical Support: technical suggestion for design in prophase. Site Commissioning Support: Making Commissioning schedule for new ASUs, logic check, instructing start-up for large machines and ASU.

I worked for Air Liquide (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (about 800 people), which was the engineering and manufacturing center in China of Air Liquide Group, from Jul. 2008 to May. 2013, as a commissioning engineer for large Air Separation Unit. The main jobs which I undertook: Pre-commissioning of Different Equipment: PID Check, Pipe Check, Blowing, Flushing, Loop Test and logic Check and so on. Commissioning of Machines: the start-up of steam turbines, compressors and small rotating machines. Commissioning of Large ASUs: purification system optimization, start-up and fine tuning of ASUs. Site Project Management: Manpower and tools Configuration for site jobs and schedule control, coordination with the customer and venders. Quality Document Control: root cause analysis for issues, QA/QC document management. Project Technical Support: technical suggestion for design in prophase.
