My name is Zenia, and I am a 27-year-old professional who holds a degree in Public Relations with a major in Communication. My professional journey began in 2018 when I joined a business development specialist at INDODAX, which I successfully contributed to the growth and expansion of the company. However, since the COVID outbreak in 2020, I have embraced the remote work culture and embarked on a new challenge as the Indonesia Representative for Xangle.io, a South Korean-based company. Additionally, during the same period, I undertook a part-time position as an Event Planner for the Indonesian Blockchain Association.Currently, I am employed at Blocksphere Indonesia, an IT consultant specializing in the Blockchain field, since 2021. My initial role at Blocksphere was Business Development, wherein I was entrusted with handling two key projects. My responsibilities revolved around making research to identify potential partners and investment worldwide. I curated a comprehensive list and reached out to each potential partners to foster successful collaborations. Furthermore, I also actively took initiative to find investment opportunities for the projects and successfully closed deals with investors, which resulted revenue of approximately 1 Million USD for both projects.As of earlier this year (2023), my role at Blocksphere evolved, and I transitioned and focusing primarily on Marketing. In my current capacity, my main objectives are to drive user acquisition and to increase social media traffic. This role has allowed me to further enhance my skills in marketing strategies and campaign execution.Throughout my professional journey, I have honed my communication and negotiation skills, enabling me to build strong relationships with clients and investors alike.
