I am an experienced legal professional currently in a Policy Analyst role with the Engineers and Geoscientists of BC (contract).I am passionate about contributing to public safety and justice through meticulous legal work. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to continue making a meaningful impact in the legal field, whether through policy development, legal research, or direct support of legal proceedings.My career trajectory has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the criminal justice system, including the intricacies of legal procedures, offender management, and court document preparation. I am proficient in producing detailed legal reports, drafting memoranda, and analyzing complex information to assist policy and decision-making processes. I am also skilled in maintaining and organizing high-volume case files, ensuring that all information is accurately documented and readily accessible for decision-making.In addition to my professional experience, I am actively pursuing further education in Investigative Skills and Enforcement at the Justice Institute of B.C., alongside a recently completed Police Studies Certificate and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University.
