Responsible for Targeted Marketing project that emerged for better and more exclusive service to customers with sophisticated styles and washes for 4 seasons. -Designing and leading new developments according to customer expectations, market needs and related concepts-After managing the developments preparing the seasonal collection and taking care of the production-Collaborating with product development and research development departments to interpret the new productions and reviewing current seasonal concepts and collections with new developed washes-Collaborating with the sales team to learn their feedbacks about different kind of markets and customers-Collaborating with the customers to understand their expectations and to give a service for their complains about sewing and washing area

-Within the scope of Product Development Department, being in charge of Denim Service which offers fast and active product-service approach for the customers-Leading Denim Service (50 blue collars) in a development team approach, conducting performance management, conditioning of working schedules, coaching, training and making decision during recruitment of new team members-Managing sewing and washing lines, executing both inline and the final quality controls to provide quality standards of production-Organizing both pre productions and performing production planning mass production during collections -In this hands-on both sewing and washing area, testing both existing and new products, examining customer claims-Observing new trends, washing methods and last developed chemicals to create new washes-Deciding the most appropriate washes for any kind of denim and nondenim fabrics to promote the fabrics in an ideal way with the purpose of providing the customers to be inspired about productions

-Having knowledge about the all production steps from designing to finishing for jeans garments -The ability of drawing the designs by using Accumark programs-The ability of sewing, washing and fashioning (dry processes) a denim garment -Improving both the production and the quality rates in both cutting and sewing departments -Besides being a production engineer, taking in charge as account manager of River Island -Inspecting the all production processes and the final products of River Island, according to the brand’s requirements and vender’s manuels
