Founder of a wind turbine installation company specialising in the installation of 50kW to 225kW turbines for farms and rural businesses seeking to diversify and reduce their carbon footprint. As Managing Director, I oversaw various projects, each presenting unique challenges and requiring tailored solutions. My primary responsibilities included:• Leading a team that achieved approximately £4.3 million in sales turnover by managing 50 wind turbine installations from feasibility assessments to commissioning.• Project Engineering and management• Wind turbine installation and site management• Designing and implementing a remote monitoring system for wind turbines.• Creating an efficient energy limiter to redirect local energy production to the main grid, utilising my combined engineering and programming skills.• Developing the company's internal systems providing site design, feasibility and resource analysis, technical calculations, quotation generation, reporting, project management, client relationship management, remote site monitoring, data analysis for performance analysis and fault prevention.• Supervising shipping and import processes for around 30 turbines valued between £175,000 to £225,000 each, imported from Canada to Scotland.• Creation of a biogas division (Scaled Biogas) providing project consultancy, plant feasibility and design and analysis services.• Facilitating the sale of the company to a leading UK green energy producer, the Ecotricity Group, in 2017, overseeing all due diligence processes.Scaled Energy gained recognition as the foremost Scottish dealership for small to medium-sized wind turbines and played a pivotal role in advancing wind turbine connectivity to the grid in the UK.

As a Full Stack Developer at Caravan Site Finder, I undertook responsibilities encompassing website platform development and booking system creation. My proficiency spanned API development and other project contributions.

In my capacity as the Founder of Amoza, I specialised in prototype development for multi-room speakers and embedded software solutions. We achieved two rounds of seed investment which allowed us to develop software and hardware prototypes of our wireless digital audio systems.Our functional prototypes gained significant interest to license our technology from several well known HiFi brands, but we were unable to secure the required investment to continue to the next stage.

As a Developer at Zonal, I contributed to the development of electronic-point-of-sale (EPoS) systems, with proficiency in Pascal and C++.My core project was the development of a queue based system to connect to the thousands of EPoS installations around the country and conduct software upgrades of each device connected at each installation. Where upgrade failed and were not recoverable, a ticket would be raised to the nearest mobile engineer, who would attend site.I wrote documentation for the system covering both the use of the tool and the software design.
