I am a general IT expert and manager with balanced soft, technical and professional skills.I like challenges and finding innovative ways to lead and connect people / teams and technologies in order to achieve the best results in time.During the last 20 years I had a chance to collect a lots of experience and skills that I'm ready to share with others.I am dedicated to providing space, time and support that people need to achieve the next development level and at the same time to deliver more and true value for customers and company.Here are some examples of my experience so far:- Managed a team of 50 developers, used agile methods, in only 1 year designed + developed SOA software for car and property insurance enabling >30% of Wüstenrot business- Established the Knowledge Management by introducing innovative + suitable learning Methods (mob programming, coding dojos, curricula, video server). Accelerated knowledge transfer and empowerment. At the same time cut the training period by 50%- Adapted the interviews in order to find best possible matching for both, the company and applicants- Provided training, mentoring and coaching for the software developers, IT operations engineers and apprentices enabling many of them to reach management positions or developed their skills to an expert grade
