Working responsibilities:1. Rucruiting staff and workers;2. Updating and maintaining job-hunting websites constracting with our company.3. Cooperating with talent market and recruiting there；4. Campus recruitment.5. New staff report duty and inputing staff profiles.6. Signing and sorting files on recruitment.7. Making and updating recruiting report forms.8. Updating and maintaining HRIS.9. Other affairs instructed by my heads。

Mainy in charge of recruiting by cooperating with other members in recruiting team. Our recruiting channels include job-hunting websites such as CJOL, 51job and zhaopin.com, and talent markets such as Sanhe, Longguan and Luohu. We can recruit about 50 persons per week and It's not difficult ,for the majority of personnel are of universal type. This is my first job and form which I learn much characters required in working, espeiclly communication skills and teamwork. I left this company for division reconstruction.
