The Byron Chamber of Commerce (Byron United) commissioned Utopia Creative to rebrand and revive the tourist industry and stimulate visitation from domestic travellers.We created DMS (Destination Marketing System™), see : http://www.byronnaturally.com.au/The cross-media campaign integrated TV commercial, video content, website, mobile app, print and social media over a 2 year period, and set new records in Regional Tourism nationwide. While the regional (ie, outside metro areas eg Sydney) average increase was appx 1.5%, Byron experienced over 63% visitation increase during the year – both high and low seasons combined.The Byron Naturally campaign and DMS platform provided a 'branded YouTube' experience for potential visitors to get a FEEL for this diverse location, with videos featuring a wide range of accommodation, dining, shopping, recreation, relaxation, culture and transport etc.A mobile app provided visitors with information as well as 'Byron Rewards', a value-add incentive program for purchases and bookings.
