Since the summer of 2019, I have been involved in the creation of ToolPal. ToolPal is the first e-commerce site where you can both buy and rent machines, personal protection equipment and construction supplies in the same check-out. In addition to this fantastic e-commerce, ToolPal has 3 depots with an associated store located in Stockholm, Uppsala and Östhammar. The e-commerce has been open for selected pilot customers since the summer of 2020 and in march 2022, we opened it to the public.

I was responsible for marketing management within the business unit Display & Graphics including the four divisions Commercial Graphics, Traffic Safety Systems, Architectural Markets and Mobile Interactive Solutions (IT accessories). It required high management skills in leading the internal sales team together with the sales managers and the sister businesses sales departments within the Nordic subsidiaries. As the divisions within the business were very different from each other, it required good understanding of different business models as a well. It’s therefore easy for me today to understand and develop new business models. I was a member of the Nordic business management team for Display & Graphics and during my time we had sustainable and very profitable growth.

Here it also required high management skills in leading the internal sales team together with the sales managers and the sister businesses sales departments within the two subsidiaries.
