We believe Xbox is a place where everyone, has fun. I work to make that a reality by supporting studio teams in creating more inclusive content to delight customers from around the world. My work ranges from direct consultation on specific titles to company strategy on delivering approachable, accessible, representative and globalized content. This includes programmatic solutions for employee education on game development best practices, developing and amplifying best practices in partnership with producers, all with a deep focus on data backed insights on what players from around the world want from a gaming experience.

I worked to make that a reality by transforming the video game industry through supporting underrepresented communities, amplifying their voices and deepening their impact on the products and features. I also took this work beyond Xbox by managing partnerships with companies and organizations across the industry who also pursue these goals and bring people together for broader strategy.

Project management and event planning lead for large scale events geared towards donors and community constituents for the Office of Minority Affairs & Diversity. This team's mission is to support underrepresented students as they seek to enter and succeed in higher education. Head of donor stewardship for these constituents.

Cofounded with a diverse team of professionals a nonprofit focused on engaging queer identified gamers and geeks. We built a sense of community within the sub culture of gaymers and queer geeks in the Seattle area by facilitating regular events targeting this audience. These events included a pride parade float, weekly & monthly gaming meet ups, a large party during PAX Prime, and regular panel discussions at conventions.
