We have technical expertise in navigating the project approval process of San Francisco's complex Building and Planning Departments to maximize residential development potential. Three of the firm’s residential projects are featured in the architectural books Shingle Style Homes, Fire Outdoors, and Outdoor Rooms by Schiffer Publishing, Ltd. Zepponi Architects completed a LEED for Homes Gold rated project in Atherton, CA. Winery projects include: Robert Biale Winery, Beringer Winery, Warm Springs Winery, the Ashe Family Winery, Mission Hill Family Estate, Prospect Winery, Frisinger Winery, Valley of the Moon Winery, and Madrone Vineyards.In addition to wineries the firm has worked for U.C. Berkeley, the Catholic Archdiocese of San Francisco on the St. Brendan campus master plan, church, church hall, classrooms, facility upgrades, playground, rectory, and convent remodels. Other projects include restaurant remodels, an Arthur Murray Dance Studio, the 3rd Door Health Club and café, the El Rancho Best Western Inn & restaurant. Pro Bono community work includes the design of SF Recreation & Parks Bocce Bourts at Justin Herman Plaza; ongoing restoration of the Golden Gate Park Horseshoe Courts, and co-founder of the Friends of the Oak Woodlands Golden Gate Park non-profit in association with SF Parks Alliance.
