Developed pet food and treats, ensuring packaging met regulatory compliance and market alignment. Collaborated with cross-functional teams for the cat litter launch .Oversaw the range of canine choice dry dog food lifecycle, and guided the team on pet food and treats relaunch.

Project managed from concept brief to product launch a wide range of FTG, Dips and Deli fillers for leading retailers and food service companies. Collaborated with brands such as Unilever to launch Marmite houmous and Moorish to launch Vegan FTG and houmous lines.

* Launched a range of 8 salad lines for Asda and Florette duo salads in Sept 2012; a range of bags and bowls for Nando’s, Booths and Aldi in April 2012. Introduced innovative vegetable and salad range under the ‘Jamie Oliver licence’ for Morrisons and Tesco.* Ensured effective Project Management from concept to launch including product sample submission, specification/artwork and packaging. Managed and trained NPD technologists in relation to new product launches. Chaired weekly NPD meetings and led 6 cross functional teams across the business to ensure all departments delivered against the critical timelines.

* Launched a range of desserts and yogurt including 4 premium desserts in May 2011; 7 Christmas trifles and sauces, including the unique inside out trifle in December 2010; 6 probiotic and cholesterol reducing yoghurt range Sept 2010; 12 new desserts, including novel “Syrup Sponge Trifle”, “Walnut Whip” and “Liquorice Allsort” in May 2010.* Ensured client requirements were fully met at all times by optimising individual projects and controlling refinements prior to final product launch.

* Project managed a variety of ready meals, from concept to final customer acceptance, including 5 new premium products in June 2007; 3 Good For You range in Jan 2008; 6 counter serve ranges in April 2008; and 7 new Carrefour continental ready meals in September 2008.
