Mr. Aragaw is both Senior Property Condition Assessor and Senior Environmental Site Assessor with CBRE Assessment & Consulting Services (ACS), a division of CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services. Mr. Aragaw has over ten years of experience directly involved in commercial property due diligence and risk management supporting owners, occupiers, lenders, and developers. Mr. Aragaw is a cross-trained, multi-scope assessor currently practicing both environmental and engineering aspects of commercial real estate due diligence. As a Senior Property Condition Assessor, Mr. Aragaw prepares reports with estimated costs to remedy the physical deficiencies observed. As a Senior Environmental Site Assessor, Mr. Aragaw conducts on-site Phase I Environmental Site Assessments to identify recognized environmental conditions and other conditions of environmental concern for the project and related off-site properties in accordance with ASTM and client specific standards as an Environmental Professional. Mr. Aragaw has performed over 800 Property Condition Assessments (PCA) and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) reports throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, to include multi-family dwellings, office warehouses, shopping malls, strip retail centers, self-storage buildings, industrial buildings, mid-rise and high-rise office buildings, and hospitality properties.

I supervised 9 local sub-contractors and managed day- to- day site activities in the Ethiopian Load Dispatch Center project on behalf of General Contractor AREVA T&D(currently merge with Alstom Grid), a french power contractor largely owned by the French government. I supervised sub-contractors together with EDF (Électricité de France ;Electricity of France) an international electric utility consultant.

I supervised local building contractors on behalf of the client (Addis Ababa Housing Development Agency) in Jemo Site, the largest housing development project in Ethiopia. I conducted site civil work construction quality and progress inspection and prepared output site inspection daily report. I managed day-to-day site activities of four residential buildings. I reported day-to-day inspections to the Resident Engineer along with detail records of project progress to ensure all aspects of works have been performed as per approval drawing, site provisions and project specifications. I monitored construction sites and interpreted engineering and construction plans periodically to ensure that overall compliance of the project was, according to the plans, standards and specifications.
