Bimbel Mengejar UI is a non-profit learning program under the Directorate of Giving Back ILUNI FEB UI. This program is to help high school students to continue their studies at the state university level.In 2024, I had the opportunity to become the project officer of Biimbel Mengejar UI 2024. On this occasion, the values and concepts I created were progressive, inclusive, and interactive. I formed an organizational structure and developed a program plan that would be implemented. I was responsible for leading a total of 45 staff and directors across five divisions. I was responsible for and coordinated all work program activities.

Develop learning curriculum, creating learning modules, making questions, and try outs. In addition, I am also in charge of monitoring and evaluating student academics and making learning reports.

I practice psychosocial counselling at the Nurul Husna Jember child social welfare institution. My activities included assessment of children's problems and providing assistance and support to children.
