Main Activities and Responsibilities As Senior Environmental Conservation Expert• Conduct assessments on environmental threats and impacts, and recommend mitigation measures. • Provide expert testimony and advice in legal proceedings related to environmental conservation.• Develop and implement conservation plans and programs to protect natural resources and biodiversity.• Provide technical guidance and support to government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders on environmental conservation issues.• Develop and implement environmental education and outreach programs to raise public awareness and engagement.• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of conservation programs and recommend improvements.As Senior Water Pollution Monitoring Expert• Develop and implement pollution prevention and control measures to reduce water pollution risks.• Develop and implement water pollution monitoring programs to assess the quality of surface and groundwater resources.• Provide technical guidance and support to government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders on water pollution monitoring and control.• Conduct laboratory and field tests to measure water quality parameters and identify sources of pollution.• Analyze data and prepare reports on water quality trends and issues.• Participate in public outreach and education programs to promote water conservation and pollution prevention.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:  Develop and implement renewable energy programs and projects to increase the use of sustainable energy sources. Conduct research and assessments on renewable energy technologies and recommend deployment strategies. Provide technical guidance and support to government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders on renewable energy development and promotion issues. Develop and implement outreach and education programs to promote renewable energy adoption and awareness. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of renewable energy programs and recommend improvements. Participate in policy advocacy efforts to support renewable energy development and adoption.• Provide skill Training for energy-efficient stove producers and coordinate access to comprehensive capacity building. • Ensure reduced biomass consumption in the district, trough distributing fuel-efficient stoves to households in the district • Through promoting, introducing, and expanding various renewable energy technologies in the district at the household level: Ensure that deforestation and forest degradation are reduced and the carbon stock in the district is increased. Ensure that women's workload and girls' school dropout is reduced Ensure that the time spent collecting firewood is reduced and used for farmer’s productivity  Ensure that increase the number of households having lighted rooms,  Ensure that the incidence of respiratory diseases in children and women (reduce indoor air pollution) is reduced, and  ensure that students in the district are spending more time for study• Coordinate & Collaborate with stakeholders to implement the Rural Electrification Program

Main Activities and Responsibilities: • Plane, organize & evaluate the strategic and annual plans of the office.• Preparing a budget plan for the district offices• Ensure the participation of youths in the formulation implementation and evaluation of existing national policies strategies and programs or other than would be formulated in the future, to bring about sustainable development and fairly benefit therefrom.• Promote youth’s participation in environmental protection activities in the districts, especially in planting tree seedlings and soil and water conservation activities • Organize, Monitor, and evaluate the economic and service sectors in the district, if youths are considered and mainstreamed in the annual plane of each sector. • Monitor & Evaluate the implementation of the national youth’s development packages.• Ensure that youths in the district are considered for the services delivered by the health sector (awareness created on HIV/AIDS, family planning, and other health issues)• Promote youths volunteerism • Ensure the participation, contributions, and benefits of youths in/from social, economic, and political affairs of the districts
