MAJOR DUTIES:- Understand the needs of clients and provide suitable business solutions- Influencing clients to finish the transaction- Negotiating price, terms and conditions with clients- Managing vendors to finish the terms and conditions of the deal or M&A- Managing stakeholders to cooperate in projects and finish the tasks needed- Meet and conduct business consultation for clients and prepare proposal to solve their business needs - Responsible for business presentation and pitching to clients- Planning the strategy of the company business development to improve the business performance and increase revenue of the business- Managing vendors, stakeholders or other staffs across different functions to finish tasks (e.g., IT, HR, Administration, Marketing etc.) facilitating the operation of business- Managing and optimizing the operation flow and the procedure to enhance the performance of the business- Providing sales training to other consultants- Building business connections with C-Level executives and business owners in different events- Maintaining long term relationships with C-Level executives, business owners and business partnersACHIEVEMENTS:- Achievement of over HK$1,500,000 income from sales in the latter half of 2020.- Leading the whole team to achieve over HK$1,500,000 income from sales in one month in 2021.- Enhancement of sales performance of the company by widening the sales funnel, be more focused on prospective clients, sourcing and filtering of more valuable items for sales.- Rebrand and transform the business to a more sustainable model to focus on a more professional and premium market segmentation, and create new services provide to a more focused customer landscape. - Motivating the business to revitalize the online marketing strategy by upgrading the website with a better user experience which allows more organic and targeted traffics.- Built valuable relationships with business owners in different sectors.
