- Understand the job nature and get related information. Conducted job analysis according to the duties and skill requirements of the position provided by the clients;- Searched appropriate candidates from different sources, including through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.- Make an in depth study for product knowledge and industry knowledge about our customer and target company.- Conduct marketing research for talent resources pool ,salary bench mark, ect.- Conduct cold calling and communicate with relevant candidates to know more information about our target companies’ organization chart and personal structure. - Provide information about the talent market to manager, in order to helpe client to make more clear of their recruiting direction; - Assist manager to conduct interviews professionally.- Revise resumes qualitatively before sending it out to hiring mgr/HR.- Assist candidates for attending interview, salary package and on board date negotiation
