• Prepare and develop service or solution proposal for the client together with Business Development Manager.• Participate in pre-sales support as well as product evaluation and assessment projects to identify the most appropriate solution for clients, including developing Proof of Concept if necessary• Work closely with customers to identify customers’ information requirements and seek out opportunities to provide solutions that will improve business processes and support critical business strategies.• Work closely with users to define requirements and project scope.• Perform the analysis necessary to design and architect solutions that meet client requirements.• Train consultants and customers to ensure that they have basic product knowledge.• Deliver the application to the customer
