• Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the COA program. Creation of Certificates of Analysis for internally manufactured items, conversion of COAs for externally manufactured items, and creation of COA templates for new items. Management and Organization of COA databases for improved access by Quality Assurance and Customer Service.• Development and maintenance of internal and external technical databases which include product specifications, ingredient declarations and nutritional labels, Kosher Certifications, etc. Revision and creation of product specifications for both internally manufactured and externally branded products. Manage internal technical database with most recent technical information, and upload external technical onto cosmos database for customer service.• Maintenance of raw material information. Audit supplier information to ensure documents contain most recent information. Communicate with vendors to obtain updated information which includes but is not limited to product specifications, nutritional information, allergen information, MSDS, Kosher Certification, Halal Certification, sample COA, sample label, lot code translation, and other relevant information.• Respond to technical customer inquiries such as product processing information, ingredient source(s), country of origin, Kosher or Halal status, GMO information, trans fat information, etc.• Perform various projects for Quality Assurance, Regulatory, R&D, and Marketing departments.
