Monitoring on-site construction processes on structural specifications. Delivering projects to the required quality, timeline and budget. Supervision of layout of earthwork and structure prior to excavation according to IFC drawings. Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings). Inspecting site conditions to ensure suitability for the designed permanent works. Ensuring that all activities like excavation slope, preparing sub grade FDT, backfilling shall meet implemented standards. Coordinate with client representatives for Pre-pouring inspection like inspection of rebar and formwork. Monitor the concrete pouring and make sure concrete design mix is as per standards and specifications. Follow inspection and test plan for the civil works and carries out the various stage Inspection and tests, record findings, prepares various reports. Provide technical advice on safe constructions & Routine inspections with client.

All work should be done according to the detailed drawing and planning specified by client. Guiding for layout prior to start any activities like layout for footings, building foundations, rafts, ditches.
