* Responsible for management of government and Private Tenders.* Team management and building corporate relations.* Estimating costs * Developing deliverable schedule as a roadmap for the teams.* Following all the ongoing projects in case there is some need to handle or supervise some tasks.* Reviewing the project in depth to determine if everything is done according to plan.

* Obtaining permits and licenses.* Enforcing Safety procedures.* Assisting with scheduling, estimating costs and budgeting.* Identify stones and problem areas and accordingly recommend preventive actions.
