I'm Zeshan Safdar from Sadiq Abad. I am graduated from (SALB) University currently, I'm serving as confidential assistant to Sr. Executive Security at Fatima Fertilizer company LTD.I’m a valuable member of the team. My responsibilities include preparation of financial Budget & Utilization as per strategy of management, issuance E-Tag to employees vehicles, schedules, keeping records, making travel arrangements, and managing office organization and general workflow from supporting staff members. I’m responsible for our firm’s “Go Green” initiative, where we have shifted from paper to digital in 85% of work and communication. Not only have my efforts been environmentally friendly, but they have also saved the firm roughly one million in paper, ink, and supplies costs over the past two years.
