As part of Antenna team, my tasks were following:• Design, integration and evaluation of different antenna concepts using 3D Electromagnetic Simulations for mobile phones for both Cellular(GSM,WCDMA) and Non-Cellular(GPS,BT/WLAN) bands.• Simulation-based performance estimation with Excel for different operator requirements.• Designing impedance matching work for Cellular antennas using lumped and printed elements.• Improvement of Measurement/Simulation correlation.• Structural and circuit modeling of custom and standard components(Display & Touch module, Batteries, Speakers, Earpiece etc.) in mobile phone for antenna performance estimation.• Visualization and Solution proposals of the antenna problems (seen in Measurement and Simulation). • Cross functional collaboration with other teams (Mechanics, Audio and EMC teams).

My tasks were following:• RF structural and circuit modeling of custom and standard components in mobile phone.• Investigation for different shielding grounding configuration for SIM card for dual SIM phone.• Investigations for different grounding configurations for mobile phone components (metal battery cover, Display frame etc.) to reduce interference with antenna and emissions.• Implementation of antennas patterns in Simulation (based on designs received from antenna team).• Documentation and presentation of the results process.• Maintain close collaboration with antenna team.
