Dutch speaking SDR for Belgian market, helping improve Deliveroo’s reach in new markets by recruiting new partners. My job role mainly comprises of building relationships with new Restaurant Partners. This includes:• Contacting them and pitching Deliveroo. • Helping them with the onboarding process. • Handling any objections that arise. • Providing continuous support throughout their journey with Deliveroo.

As a retentions agent it was my job to understand the customers’ needs, address their concerns, and offer solutions to retain them as customers. • Communicate with customers that call through and understand why they want to leave and offer solutions.• Help customers with any billing queries they may have and help resolve any problems they may be facing with their network.• Have in-depth knowledge of the company's products and offer them to customers explaining all the benefits.• Identifying opportunities to cross sell and upsell customers.

• Patrol and secure sites following specific instructions, assuring all objective points were in order• Respond to calls related to security violations regarding unauthorised persons, people under the influence that need removal from site.• Resolving situations without escalation• Constant communication with other guards on site to ensure everyone is aware of any situations.• Providing first aid when necessary or contacting paramedics for more serious situations.• Crowd control - monitor crowds for signs of distress and taking suitable action if needed.• Customer Service – Helping customers with any queries and directing them to the playing field.
