CurrentLead the development and optimization of ASB’s payments technology roadmap, while embarking on a Cloud-first transformation journey for the Payments Platform.- Defining the strategic direction of the domestic payments domain, to deliver new and improved customer experiences for ASB’s digitally connected customers - Build and maintain clarity of customer needs, and create an actionable roadmap for delivering on those needs, by balancing incremental improvement activities alongside the release of new features and capability - Bring innovative ideas to market by anticipating future trends and implications, and creating competitive strategies that generate sustainable value - Ensure that the multi-disciplinary squads are engaged and high-performing, by defining outcomes and how success will be measured and tracked
