Zach Eubank is the President and founder of Eubank Capital. Zach has been a consultant and business adviser to Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska and Minnesota businesses on financial and management projects, business planning, and business valuations. He has performed appraisals for a variety of purposes including: ESOPs, mergers/acquisitions, estate taxes, buy/sell agreements, intra-family transfers/gifting, charitable donations, built-in gains calculations, management decision-making, family limited partnerships, asset holding companies and financial reporting. Zach has experience in researching industry and economic data. His background also includes building financial models, applying valuation techniques, performing financial analysis and writing conclusive reports.Zach has also provided expert testimony and damages reports related to complex commercial litigation, patent infringement, trade-secret litigation, forensic accounting (fraud, embezzlement, dissipation of assets), lost profits, commercial damages, business disputes and valuation disputes. His experience includes analyses of financial information, assistance with discovery, preparation of expert reports and providing testimony in deposition and/or at trial. Zach is currently licensed by the American Society of Appraisers as an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) as a Certified Valuation Analyst and as an attorney in the State of Iowa.
